Welcome to Mrs. Jackson’s Classroom. My name is Amber Jackson. I am thrilled to be in my hometown of Lawson to teach high school mathematics. I completed Kindergarten through 12th grade in Lawson and have always lived and volunteered in this community. I’m invested in making my students' education meaningful and enjoyable. This is my 3rd year teaching at Lawson and taught at Lathrop High School for the previous 7 years. I taught at Hardin-Central the 3 years prior to that. I enjoy helping students realize math is not as terrible as they think it is and building positive attitudes toward mathematics.
