School to Career provides Senior students the opportunity to work rather than sitting in a traditional classroom. Seniors who meet all of the requirements through Transitions class become eligible to work during the school day to earn credits toward graduation.
The School to Career (STC) program is designed to give seniors the opportunity to extend their learning from the classroom into the workplace and community. The STC students will earn work experience, money, and school credit with a letter grade. The students' grades will be based on their work performance, observations at the job site, and reflections turned in explainging their experiences.
