Mrs. Johnson is a Lawson alumna who attended Central Missouri State University. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Education: Secondary Education English and a Journalism Education minor in May 2023. She earned her Masters of Science in Library Science and Information Services in 2007 and her Education Specialist in Educational Technology in 2014. She taught one year each in Pattonsburg and Lee's Summit North High School before returning to Lawson to teach English and journalism in 2005. She left for 10 years, teaching English, yearbook, photojournalism and broadcasting at Liberty High School and Kearney Junior High/High School before returning to Lawson High School in 2022 as an English and journalism teacher. Mrs. Johnson joined Mrs. Duley in the Lawson Community Library Media Center in Aug. 2025. She loves to spend time with her family, read and listen to her daughters sing.
Mrs. Duley has worked for the Lawson School District for 25 years. She started her employment with the district in the high school kitchen for three years. For the next 12 years she worked as a Paraprofessional and has worked in the LMC for the last 10 years. Mrs. Duley loves to knit and crochet and makes lots of items for her family and friends.
