Welcome to Hunterstown GAA Pitch Booking (“the App”), operated by Lavery Automations Limited ("the Publisher"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our app to book football pitches.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We collect and process the following personal information:

• Name

• Email address

This information is provided by users to an admin user, who then creates an account for them within the system. Users do not create accounts directly in the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data solely for the purpose of:

• Managing user accounts created by an administrator

• Enabling users to log in and access the pitch booking system

• Managing and confirming pitch bookings

We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal identification information to others. We do not share personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to user data is restricted to authorized admin users only.

6. User Accounts and Access

Accounts are created by an administrator using the name and email address you provide. If you wish to have your account or data deleted, you can contact us (see Section 8 below).

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If your account is deleted, we will remove all associated personal information within a reasonable time frame.
