La Veranda we offer a professional service, backed with certified education, which makes these training's the most time efficient workouts. The training's are given outdoors in the beautiful Parc Josaphat in schaerbeek. With the use of your body weight and several extra tools we enjoy the nice weather while exercising in a group setting. The workouts consist of some stretching to begin, then a light warm up, followed by some whole body exercises that will get your blood pumping, to end we finish with some stretching to minimize muscle soreness, and maximize recovery.
