Students, families, and staff please follow the steps below to secure a vaccination appointment.

All students - hybrid and remote - may get vaccinated. Students who are remote will have a health screening upon arrival.

STEP 1: Go to Daily Pass Website

Go to the Daily Pass Website: https://dailypass.lausd.net

Click on Employees/Students.

STEP 2: Sign in using SSO

Sign in using your LAUSD Single Sign-on (SSO).


STEP 3: Book COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment

Once logged in, click on “Book an LAUSD COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment".

It will take you to the Vaccination Registration and Administration System (VRAS) website .

STEP 4: Log-in to the VRAS Website

Once you are on the Vaccination Registration and Administration System (VRAS), Click on the “LA Unified Employees and Students”.

Notes:

  • You may have to scroll down.

  • If you are prompted to sign in again, enter your LAUSD Single Sign-On (SSO) password and sign in.

STEP 5: Complete Health Screening Questionnaire

Complete the Health Screening Questionnaire. Read and respond to each question and Submit Next after each page.

STEP 6: Verify Information & Give Consent

  • Review the information.

  • Once verified, click on the checkbox “I verify that the above information is accurate”

  • Click on Next.

Click "Yes” to proceed to schedule a vaccine appointment. Parents will need to sign a paper consent at the school.

STEP 7: Select Vaccination Site

  • Search for Huntington Park

  • Book the appointment at Huntington Park High School

STEP 8: Select Date & Time

Select a date and time for your COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

Dose 1: Friday, May 24, 2021

Dose 2: Friday, June 18, 2021

STEP 9: Appointment Confirmation Page

Once your appointment has been created you should see this page. It is your appointment confirmation.

An email will also be sent to you.

Information Regrading Vaccination

  • FDA has expanded Pfizer’s EUA to include children ages 12 and up.


  • LA Unified is committed to providing access to vaccinations for our students ages 12+.


  • The District has engaged partners to staff and operate mobile vaccination teams.


  • Vaccination teams will visit approximately 12-16 schools (2-3 schools per Local District) per day, each day of the program, beginning Monday, May 24.
