ASL Honor Society

Purpose/Mission Statement: Advanced level American Sign Language students will provide sign language services for the school and Beginner Level ASL students. They will also participate in National ASLHS Deaf community activities and competitions. Students who complete all the requirements to be an active member of ASLHS will earn a cord and/or medal to wear at their graduation ceremony.

Purpose/Mission Statement: We strive to represent the interests and goals of the entire W.H. Taft Charter High School Student Body by creating a positive atmosphere where students feel acknowledged, as their voices and opinions matter. Students in ASB plan, organize, and participate in activities, such as blood drives, toy drives for underprivileged students, dances, homecoming activities, spirit weeks, lunch time competitions, and staff appreciation events. Purpose/Mission Statement: The California Scholarship Federation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to recognize and encourage academic achievement and community service with 1500 chapters in middle school and high schools throughout the state. Purpose/Mission Statement: The purpose of this club aligns with the mission of the American Red Cross to use its fundamental principles by providing volunteers with the necessary skill sets required to support the community through service, education, and leadership.
