My name is Ms. Brotzel (Ms. B), my pronouns are she/hers/ella.

I am the English teacher in the Liberal Arts Magnet. 

This is my third year teaching at Northridge MS and I am so happy to be here.

• Originally from the Bay Area (San Jose)

• Moved to LA in March 2020

• Bachelor of Sciences at Cal Poly SLO in Liberal Studies

• Masters in Education and Curriculum at SJSU

• Multiple Subject Credential at SJSU

My immediate family consists of my mother, my father, and my twin sister Sophie. Most of my family lives in England and Australia. I am originally from the South Bay Area (San Jose). My fiance and I moved to LA in March 2020.  

• I lived in France for a bit and speak French!

• My favorite creatures are cats and bees

• Hobbies: cross-stitching, hiking, baking, playing on my Nintendo Switch, eating good food, and building Legos

• Favorite Movies: Star Wars Episode 3 and 4

• GSA Club Advisor - Meetings are Wednesdays at Lunch
