Welcome to my Science & Social Studies Classroom!
This is my 6th year at Dahlia Heights and my 5th year teaching 5th grade. I am really excited to be Dahlia Dove. I cannot wait to make the 2024-2025 school year unforgettable.
I am daughter, sister, wife, mama, and friend. My Husband Kevin is also a teacher and we have toddler named Indy, she was born in May 2020. I have 2 cute little dogs named Gator (5 years old) & Waffles 3 years old).
I know that this year we are trying something new by departmentalizing, but I will do my very best to make it engaging, fun, and beneficial for everyone. I received two of my degrees in online programs, which helps me to navigate and guide students in their digital learning platforms. I look forward to this school year and getting to know you and your families as we go through this new adventure together.
