As described by the World Health Organization, wellness is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of infirmary or disease.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) ask us to think of wellness as a comprehensive view of health with eight separate yet interconnected dimensions.
