J. Casillas, Principal
"No matter how difficult things may seem now, every day is a new beginning and a new opportunity to create the life you want."
As we welcome the month of March, we are reminded of the themes of growth, renewal, and reflection. This month we celebrate Women’s History Month, honoring the many women whose leadership, courage, and contributions have shaped our communities and continue to inspire future generations.
March is also National Nutrition Month, a time to reflect on the importance of caring for our bodies so we can learn, grow, and thrive. Additionally, we recognize Social Worker Appreciation Month, and I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Psychiatric Social Worker, Mr. Zendejas, and our School Psychologist, Ms. Paya, for the compassion and dedication they bring in supporting the well-being of our students every day.
Thank you to our students, families, and staff for the kindness and commitment that make our school community so special. Together, we continue to build a supportive environment where every student is encouraged to succeed and reach their full potential.
Nava College Preparatory Academy has earned the Platinum Safety Seal Award, recognizing our ongoing commitment to safety stewardship, accident prevention and providing a safe learning and working environment. Together, we'll continue building on this foundation - ensuring Nava remains a safe place where every student can thrive.
Nava College Preparatory Academy has earned the College Board AP School Honor Roll by showing strong, equitable AP program results across three key areas: College Culture, College Credit, and College Optimization, meeting specific percentage benchmarks for student participation, performance, and advanced engagement for our graduating cohort.
