Purpose
A youth centered wrestling club. LOBAS WC aims to build young girls into phenomenal people and smart disciplined wrestlers both on and off the mat. Our program is free to any LAUSD student currently enrolled in grades 5-12 (ages 10-18). Lobas Wrestling Club practices at Van Nuys HS during the Spring and Summer (March to August) months. Lobas Wrestling Club competes in USA Wrestling, LAWA, CA events, SCWAY events, Beat the Streets events and AAU events.

We do not meet during the "Winter" High school season.
LOBAS WC is a GIRLS/FEMALE Wrestling Club for ages 10 through High School. Girls Wrestling is one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. Come be a part of our PACK. All athletes regardless of age must have USA card prior to full participation, you are more than welcome as a parent/guardian to attend our practices/meetings and watch.

Lobas WC members are required to have USA Wrestling memberships. Great news! they are free! When you are ready to join (below) we will send you a link on how to become a member.
Join CA USA Wrestling - step by step instructions are available in person at a club meeting. Feel free to start your membership on your own. if you wish to be a member of LOBAS Wreslting Club you must also be a member of CA USA Wrestling. Membership is free.
