The following resources are provided to support teachers with the continuity of instruction during the temporary school closures.

Growth in Enrollment
Did you grow in enrollment? Forget to order for a specific class? Please do the following:
- Fill out justification for late order Justification for Late Order
- Have your director sign off
- Fill out a remedy ticket via ILTSS. Remedy Ticket
- Click ON: Report ILTSS Destiny Issues
- Textbooks services will create a SAP to order your materials. This does not happen through the local district. Once you have a ticket in and you would like to follow up via phone, please call (213) 241-2734.
Need to create a remedy ticket for an issue with your books? Click HERE for remedy ticket.
1. Complete incoming transfer from Destiny
2. Complete textbook inventory
3. Complete "goods receipt" in SAP asap (If materials does not match invoice, call vendors.)
For support with Destiny passwords, schools can call the ILTSS help desk at 213-241-2734.

Creating Groups for Progress Monitoring
As part of ELLP Academies, you may need to access the rosters of your colleagues. The ELLP designee can create groups so that you may log in, select academy groups and PM your students whenever needed.
Login to the link above and fill out the request for access. Please notify your Principal that you are making this request. They will receive an authorization email to grant access.

Mclass Login Issues
Your MCLASS login is your LAUSD SSO. Try the options below and if it isn't successful, call Alison Pickering (213-241-2494) at the Division of Instruction.
1. Change LAUSD SSO password:

2. Clear your browser history:
On iPad: settings > general > safari > clear history/cookies
On Mac (Chrome browser): top left menu click “Chrome” > history > clear history
On PC: (Chrome) top right of window is box made of lines > settings > history > clear
Then go to lausd.mclasshome.com/assessment
