Junior (11th Grade) Parents: 

All 11th grade students will be taking the ACT on March 12, 2024.  As part of the testing program, ACT collects non-test information from students to assist in post-secondary planning.  All juniors will need to create a personal account at myact.org; please see the information below for further details.  

Two portions of the non-test information that students are requested to complete require parental permission for students under age 18.  These are the EOS, which allows colleges and financial aid agencies to contact the student; and student selection of up to four entities to receive test scores at no charge.  This permission can be collected in any one of three ways:  a verified signature on a paper copy of the form, or completion of the google form which is linked below.  Students will be bringing home paper forms in early January or you may complete the google form now.
