Activation Process

ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent/guardian, using their preferred email address and phone number that is currently in Alma. We encourage parents to access their ParentSquare accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

You can sign into ParentSquare using the contact information (email or phone number) that matches the data in your Alma account or by  clicking on a link in a post or message. Users who are not registered will be asked to register for the first time they click on a link to sign in or sign up. For example, if an unregistered parent/guardian receives a post with parent-teacher conference sign ups, clicking the link to sign up for the conference will automatically guide the user through the ParentSquare registration process. YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE SAME EMAIL THAT IS LISTED IN ALMA.
