Go to the Keyboarding Practice Page.....#2 Typing.com. Log in and practice your technique!

We will begin doing PowerPoint projects later this month ( January ).

Please think about a topic of interest to you, and complete the form below before you get started!

Week 4, 5, 6: Insert a Table into a Word Document

1. Log on with your username and password.
2. Open Microsoft Word. Type your first and last name....DO NOT change the font yet!
3. Insert a Table into your document and resize it to fit the page.
4. Type the name of one continent and add clip art to each box in the table.
5. Save your work. File....Save As....Click Computer....Click your home directory....Click SAVE!!!!

Week 3: Google Images & Saving!

1. We will search Google Images for a picture of all seven continents and save them to your home directory.

2. SAVE PICTURE AS.....COMPUTER.....click your HOME DIRECTORY.....name your file.....SAVE.

Week 2: Google Search Tips

1. Students should open the internet and go to GOOGLE.
2. Discuss how to search and use GOOGLE to find relevant information.
