6th Grade

In 6th grade scholars learn a little bit of everything! This is the year they learn to multiply and divide with fractions and decimals. Later they work with percents to calculate taxes, tips, and discounts. They will work with ratios and equivalence to make juice mixes that taste exactly the same. In geometry scholars learn how to find area of quadrilaterals and volume and surface area of prisms.
