Performances

We are intending to hold performances to parents and carers for our productions on the following dates and times.

  • Wednesday 08th December

    • EYFS Nativity performance to parents- 1:10-1:50pm

    • KS1/2 Nativity performance to parents 2:00-2:45pm

  • Thursday 09th December

    • KS1/2 Nativity performance to parents- 09:15-10:00am

    • EYFS Nativity performance to parents 10:10-10:50am

Having the performances linked in this way will ensure that parents and carers only have to commit to taking either an afternoon or morning to see the Nativities if they have children across the phases.

In an attempt to keep everyone in our academy safe and healthy we will be implementing the following measures to our nativity performances.

  • Parents and carers will be limited to two tickets for one performance per phase only.

  • Each performance will be capped to half of the total in the year groups performing.

  • We request that parents and carers wear a face covering in the hall for the performances.

  • The hall will be ventilated by having the rear hall exterior doors open, please bear this in mind and dress appropriately- it may be chilly!

  • We also request that parents and carers take a lateral flow test before attending a performance.

  • Please not attend a performance if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19.

Thank You!

We would like to say a massive 'Thank You' to our wonderful PTA who have kindly donated to us wet play bags. These bags were presented to each class in a recent celebration assembly. These bags contain games and activities for the children in our academy to have access to and use at break and lunch time in the event of inclement weather. It is only down to the hard work of the PTA and generosity of our community that they have been able to make this happen for our children. This definitely shows the importance of supporting the PTA in their efforts to raise funds for our academy.

In addition, we would like to say a massive thank you to Notcutts Garden Centre in Maidstone for very kindly donating us a Christmas Tree to have in our reception foyer. This lovely gesture from someone in our local community is a fantastic gesture of kindness and goodwill. As a result, some of our Year 3 children have written letters of thanks to Notcutts Garden Centre to express our appreciation.
