Christian Martinez and Areli Porras-Pozos
As we strive to create environments for our students to find success in STEM, we must ask ourselves, how do we define success, and how does our definition impact our students' sense of possibility for their futures?

The conversation will center around the barriers the Latinx community faces when accessing and navigating higher education. The dialogue will also highlight how folks in the Latinx community are finding success without degrees and/or labels in America. Who and/or what defines success in our communities?
