All Sales and Services are Final Policy

Latched on Hope and Wellness is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all clients through our lactation, childbirth and perinatal support services. Before purchasing a class or service, please review the following policy, as all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This policy applies to both in-person and virtual classes, as well as any related services. We will work with you to reschedule or offer alternative dates.

1. Final Sale Policy

• All purchases for classes, consultations, and services are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including missed classes, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with class content. We strive to be informative and have been educators for many years. 

• By purchasing a class or service, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Grace Period for Virtual Classes

• We understand that technology or unexpected delays may occasionally prevent clients from joining a virtual class on time. For this reason, we offer a 10-15 minute grace period from the scheduled start time for virtual classes.

• After the grace period, the class will proceed, and entry may not be allowed to minimize disruptions for other participants. Please plan to log in a few minutes early to avoid delays.

3. Rescheduling and Make-Up Classes

• In the event of a missed class due to an unavoidable circumstance, clients may be eligible to attend a make-up class or reschedule for an alternative date, subject to availability.

• Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance and will be granted at our discretion.

4. Code of Conduct and Behavior

• To ensure a positive and respectful experience for everyone, clients are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes respectful language, active listening, and support for all participants.

• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior that impacts the class environment may result in removal from the class. If a client is asked to leave due to a breach of conduct, they will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
