Latched Lactation was established in October 2024. The business is located in small town Canton, Missouri. Founded by Cara Job-Sherwood, Latched Lactation provides innovative lactation care to families in Missouri, Illinois and Iowa. Cara has been a Labor and Delivery Nurse for over 5 years. This career is where she discovered a passion for teaching new mothers how to breastfeed. When she started a family of her own, she breastfed her sons collectively for over 2.5 years. In January of 2024, Cara took the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant exam to become an IBCLC.  She is ready to take on new clients and continue helping mothers and babies learn how to breastfeed!
