El Portal is the one stop site for database acccess. This free resource is provided by the New Mexico State Library and allows all New Mexico residents to access dozens of research databases, local newspapers, car repair manuals, online tutoring help, government publications, and much more.

Gale In Context: Opposing Viewpoints covering today's social issues. Informed, differing views help learners develop critical-thinking skills and draw their own conclusions. This is a great resource to use to help students with opinion papers.
This database provides engaging reference, periodical, and multimedia content for grades 6 to 12. Think of this as a curated online encyclopedia on a huge variety of subjects.
Teachers and students have access to Britannica School and Britannica Image Quest. Britannica School contains encyclopedia articles, multimedia, primary sources, games, and other learning resources and ImageQuest has millions of rights-cleared images, clip-art, and project ideas. Login information for teachers is found on your Clever page (look for the Britannica logos and hover over the black question mark) and may be shared with students. If you have trouble logging in, contact the library directly.
Los Alamos Public Library also has a wide variety of databases accessible using a library card. They have crafting, biography, genealogy, research databases and more!
