Team Culture is what you do and it's what you don't do. Building the right kind of team culture is like climbing a ladder... it takes a lot of small steps to get to the top but with one misstep, you can fall back to ground level. On this team, as a coaching staff, we hope to serve and lead our athletes. We hope that our athletes take ownership of the team and lead one another when the opportunity presents itself. We want athletes that put the team above individual goals.Β
