The Laredo Independent School District Child Nutrition Program will be operating the district’s Grab and Go Program at all LISD campuses (except Garcia Early College High School, Trevino Magnet School, Lara Academy, Jose Valdez High School, and Christen Middle School) beginning Monday, March 23, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Meals for student from Cigarroa High School and Cigarroa Middle School will be distributed at Cigarroa High School.

The district will be providing breakfast and lunch meals for all children 18 years and younger. The child does not have to be enrolled at the school to receive a meal.

Meals will be issued at the drop-off and pick-up areas at the campuses. Meals will be distributed at the same time and parents will receive a breakfast and lunch per child. Children must be in vehicle or with parent at time of pick up.

Parents are responsible for supervising their child during mealtime and for food safety. Hot food should be re-heated and cold food refrigerated if not consumed immediately after pick-up. Please be reminded that items are perishable, and it is the sole responsibility of the claimant to consume them in a timely manner.
