Architecture ​


Draw in Perspective

Description: 

​Learn to draw in perspective in this narrated drawing for beginners. See how to draw a road and trees in One-Point Perspective. This simple art tutorial will teach you how to draw in 1-Point Perspective.

​Materials Needed:

Quality drawing paper, a pencil, an eraser, a ruler​

​Optional: Markers or colored pencils


Draw a Room

Description:

​This video shows how to draw a room using one point perspective. To make it more interesting, try placing your vanishing point somewhere else instead of in the center as illustrated in this video

​Materials Needed:

Quality drawing paper, a pencil, an eraser, a ruler​


Draw a City

Description:

First, you will watch a tutorial to learn how to use 2-point perspective to draw buildings. Next you will create your own original cityscape drawing.

Quality drawing paper, a pencil, an eraser, a ruler​



Paint an Abstract Cityscape

Description:

First, you will watch a tutorial to learn how paint an abstract cityscape. Next you will create your own original cityscape painting.

​Materials Needed:

A canvas, acrylic paint, brushes, cup of water, palette knives  


Landscapes


Colored Pencil Waterfall

Description:

Watch and draw this easy step by step colored pencil drawing of the waterfall stream  to improve your skill. Though it is a speed drawing tutorial, please pause the video after each step to draw at your own pace.

Materials Needed:

Quality drawing paper, colored pencils


Chalk Pastel Landscape

Description:

This is a Simple landscape drawing for beginner's level with soft Pastels. This is a landscape painting. Watch the video for easy step by step guide for painting this beautiful scenery.

Charcoal paper, chalk pastels


Watercolor Landscape

Description:

Watch the video tutorial and learn how to create a simple landscape using watercolors. next, create your own original watercolor landscape painting.

Watercolor paper, watercolor paint, brushes, cup of water, paper towel 


Happy Tree Painting

Description:

Follow along with Bob Ross as he teaches you how to paint happy little trees! You might follow this up by searching for other Bob Ross videos to learn how to paint mountians and clouds as well!

Materials Needed:

Canvas, paint brushes, water, paper towel, palet knife, acrylic paints


Optional; If you are experinced using acrylic, you might consider trying mediums to slow drying time. Ask Mrs. T.
