using HAKA authentication from the domain of your own home university (NB: if you are a student at Lapland University, or Lapland University of Applied Sciences, log in normally with your network username and password; HAKA won’t work). When using “HAKA kirjautuminen”, choose your home university from the drop-down menu and click "Select" (Note that you can turn the page into English). You will then be taken to the login page for your home university, where you will log in with your own username and password.
2. First time users must accept the “terms and conditions” for the use of Lapinkampus Moodle. (Just click the “Kyllä” button.)
3.On the Dashboard page you can temporarily set English as interface language for Lapinkampus Moodle. After that, you can set yourpreferred language to English by clicking on your name in the header bar and selecting Preferences in the user menu. Under User account, select Preferred language, set it to English and Save changes. Next, you can return to the Dashboard via the breadcrumb trail.
4. Search your course using "Basic course search" block. The course can be found with the name or code.
5. When the search result is correct, click on the course name to access the self-registration box.
6. Enter the enrolment key in the “Self-registration (Student)” field. You will receive the key from your teacher before the startofthe course. Then click “Enrol me”. You only need the key the first time you register as student in the course.
7. If you spelt the key correctly (it is case-sensitive), you will now be logged in to the course in Moodle. After this, the course can always be found after logging in to Lapinkampus Moodle on your Dashboard page. As the number of workspaces increases, you can mark the workspaces you want as favorites, or delete them completely from your view.
