Field Hockey

Coach: Karen Dowd

Coach Dowd is the head coach of LC's Field Hockey team, her previous head coaching roles were at Bishop McDevitt High School and St. Basil's Academy.  Her focus is always on improving players individual skills that can help them be successful at the next level, ensuring they understand and become team players, as well as being competitive. Many of Coach Dowd players have gone on to play at the collegiate level. Coach Dowd officiated field hockey from 1978-2021.

Camp  Overview:

This camp is designed for beginners, intermediate and experienced players! The girls will learn stick skills, game strategies and play competitive games. Come to learn and also have fun.  The skills and fun activities will be conducted by the LC hockey team. 

Dates: June 16 - June 19 

Time:  9 am - 12pm       

Cost: $150 

Age for Campers: Rising 3rd- 9th graders

Camp Equipment:

• Field Hockey Stick, Shin Guards, Field Hockey Goggles, Mouth Guard, Water Bottle/s, Sunblock, Lunch and/or Snacks
