I am married and have a son at the University of South Carolina.

I have taught for eight years, the last two at Langston.  Before teaching, I worked as an engineer for about ten years.  I have a bachelor degree in aerospace engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta and a master degree in public administration from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.  As an engineer, I am excited by science and enjoy sharing that interest with my students.

My hobbies are reading, traveling, exercising (walking, yoga, weights), and cooking.
