Music
This week in Music, Year 3 have been exploring percussion. The children had a range of percussion instruments in their classroom and had the opportunity to explore the sounds they make and how to use them. They will use this knowledge next week to create a piece of music to go alongside their focus text 'The Colour Monster'.
Year 5 pupils are continuing with ukulele lessons. This week they learned the 'A', 'C' and 'F' chords and took part in a number of fun activities and competitions to improve their skills.
In their 'Very Important Play' (VIP) time, some of the children in Reception have been exploring the piano. They have also had the chance to explore the different sounds they can make using different instruments.
