Our new Eco-Council

This module, we have been thinking about the important jobs that we can do around our academy and Eco-Council is one of them! We now have a new committee all set up and I'm sure our new members will build on the hard work of last year's Eco-Council and continue to drive our Green Flag campaign forwards.  We held our first meeting today and we already have amazing ideas that we can plan for and put into action throughout the school year.

Maidstone Borough Council and SUEZ Competition

Calling all creatives! Maidstone Borough Council have teamed up with SUEZ to launch an exciting art competition, and we want your design to help shape the look of one of Maidstone’s recycling trucks!

Whether you're 8 or 80, this is your chance to get creative and inspire your community to Recycle, Reduce, Reuse. We’re looking for bold, imaginative artwork that delivers a powerful environmental message in a fun and eye-catching way.

• The winning design will be featured on a real recycling truck and the creative will win £200 of vouchers!
