Teaching During Covid

IMPORTANT NOTE: We have done our best to relay information as we have received it and will do our best to keep this page updated. Due to the constantly challenging nature of the Covid-19 situation, however, we cannot guarantee that the information below will be accurate at all times. We recommend you go to the LCC Covid-19 Information page for the most updated information.

Covid Assessment and Diagnosis

Do I or my students need to check in with anyone before arriving on campus?

No. Instead, you should conduct a health self-assessment. See Lane's Covid-19 information page for the assessment.

What if I am ill with Covid or Covid-like symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, shortness of breath) and all my sick leave is used up?

You may stay home without loss of salary. See the recent LCC-LCCEA MOA for more information.

Vaccinations

"Update: There is no vaccination requirement for Fall, 2022. Updated guidance will be available on or before September 2nd." Please see the LCC Covid 19 information page for most the newest updates.

Employees are also encouraged to support a culture of respect on our campus and be mindful that some employees and students may choose to wear masks indoors.
