How do I report maintenance or IT issues in art buildings?
If you encounter a general maintenance or IT issue, please report it on this form. Be as detailed as possible. Requests are taken care of in the order in which they are received.
Where can I get help with technology issues?
The Student Help Desk (SHeD) is available to help students with Moodle, password issues, WiFi access, etc. Visit the SHeD website for more information.
Where is the lost and found?
If you have lost something on campus, the first place to check is the nearest department office in that building. Valuable items such as IDs, wallets, keys, etc, will be turned into Public Safety as soon as the department where it was found is able to do so. If the department you lost your item in doesn't have it, try Public Safety in Building 12, Rm 200. Public Safety's non-emergency number is (541) 463-5558.

How do I get a locker in Building 10?
Lockers are available for students who are currently enrolled in a visual arts studio course. Students may select any open locker to use for the term. Lockers should be labeled with blue tape with your name, your instructor's name, and the current term and year. Students need to provide their own combination lock.
Lockers need to be cleaned out each term by Friday of finals week and locks are cut off lockers that are not cleaned out. If students are taking a visual arts studio course the following term, they may keep their locker provided it is relabeled with updated instructor and term information.
How do I get access to the Adobe Creative Cloud?
Visual arts students who need the Adobe Creative Cloud for class use may request the college provide Adobe Creative Cloud access on a per term basis. At the end of the term, the account is disabled and anything stored on the cloud is lost and cannot be recovered. College provided Adobe does not include all the same access & tools as a license purchased by the student. Please talk to your instructor in the course requiring Adobe Creative Cloud to get instructions on how to request access during the first two weeks of the term.
Where can I print in Building 10?
Black and white printing is available in rooms 118, 215, and 221. Color and large-format printing are also available in room 118.
What do I do if a printer or other technology isn’t working in Building 10?
If you encounter issues with technology in the Building 10 digital labs (printers, laser cutter, computers, etc.), please complete this form or inform an instructional tech or faculty.
Are dogs and kids allowed in classrooms or art studios?
Service dogs are allowed in Lane classrooms and art studios. Animals other than Service Animals are not allowed inside any LCC building. See the full Lane service animal policy here.
