Your footings should last as long as the space it supports. We back that with a lifetime warranty on our installs. This includes:

• Settling or heaving of the helical piles over 2" that does not recover after the season

• Lateral displacement from properly designed and built loads above

• Structural issues of our custom brackets, cosmetic defects are not covered under warranty

Manufacture Warranty

• 30 year material warranty from the manufacture of the helical piles and extensions

• 1 year warranty on Simpson Strong-Tie products

Situations not covered under our warranty 

• Failure caused by excavation or soil disruption within 10 feet of the pile of 4 feet or more depth

• Additional loads added to the structure that were not designed into the original install specifications

• External lateral loads (bumped by equipment, used as a tieback anchor, etc.) 

• Acts of God, natural disasters, including floods or rising water tables, destruction of the structure from fire or other means like vandalism. 

• Removal and re-installed by outside party (not LandLock Helical LLC)

• Client specified design orders not approved by LandLock Helical LLC. This includes opting out of extensions or going against the designed install plan of LandLock Helical LLC. We will install our products to your specifications when a permit is not required. 

Warranty Disputes

LandLock Helical LLC has the final decision on workmanship, structural integrity of the piles, or cause of the defect. For any legal action, the non-prevailing party covers reasonable attorney fees, expert witness fees, and other costs as determined. 

Other service terms

LandLock Helical is responsible for the marking of public underground utilities. Installs will not take place until all public and private utilities have been marked in the area of work. The marking of private utilities, including lawn irrigation systems, is the responsibility of the property owner. LandLock Helical LLC does not  hold responsibility for any damage to marked or unmarked structures and utilities that may happen during an install.
