Overnight Travel Expectations

• Students represent LVHS, if they are being too loud, engaging in inappropriate behavior, or not following what is being asked of them. They may be disciplined by missing the next tournament or sitting out the next day’s event.
• Curfew will be at 10pm-10:30pm for all players, unless unusual circumstances arise that cause us to get back later to the hotel.
  • Lights out, Cell Phones Off, and TV Off.
• Meals: Students are responsible for first meal out, then
  • LVHS covers currently $7.00 for breakfast/lunch and $9.00 for dinner.

Be On Time:

• Time is precious, if players are late we will leave. We have a schedule to stick to make sure they arrive on time for tournaments.
  • Participants can sleep on the bus, remind them of this when we leave early and they are struggling to get going.
• This is the same as when we go home, we will do our best to get home at a decent hour.
