Weakening

by Kamola Temirova

People saw her frown

She gives herself a shake

The only other sound’s that break,

Of distant waves and birds awake.

Life has become

Weak, tired and deep

But she has promises to keep,

Until then she shall not sleep.

She lies in bed with her only thoughts

With thoughts of sadness in her head,

Thinking if life could be dead

It really is a tale of woe...
