All service coded Purchase Orders will receive a Freight Routing Notification (FRN) within 24 hours of the freight ready date that has been selected

Chargeback Related Questions
If you have received an FRN, the "Must Ship By" (MSB) date supersedes any date you were given by the MCX buying team and if shipped 24 hours within the given date, no chargeback will be issued
