The mission of the Lancaster School District School Counseling Program is to help provide a safe and dependable school environment where students feel connected and supported.

Our school counselors provide data-driven, multi-tiered, multi-domain systems of support to address the needs of all students.

Our program delivers culturally responsive and trauma-informed classroom lessons, small group activities, and individual counseling to support our students’ social-emotional development, academic achievement, and college or career readiness.

In collaboration with students and educational partners, we work to prepare all students for personal and professional success.
