We have TWO professional learning platforms: 

Frontline and Alludo - Ignite! 

• Frontline Professional Growth has taken the place of PD Express and is where you go to sign up for LLI (Lancaster Learning Institute) live PD (either in-person or virtual, extra duty or during the day).  It will house records of your PD hours and can provide you a transcript of trainings you have attended. And yes, it's the same platform you use to request a substitute!

• Ignite! is our new Professional Learning, personal interest, Content Library that allows you to choose engaging learning activities that matter to you.  Alludo is the name of the company & Ignite! is the name of the specific Lancaster Program. Directions for logging in and navigating the system are below.
