Managing stress and anxiety

Practicing self care is important during this time in order to manage stress or anxiety. Explaining to children that there are things they can control and there are things they cannot control. 1. Take deep breaths, counting to ten

  2. Listening to music

  3. Coloring and/or drawing

  4. Imagine your favorite place to be and name the five senses (sight, sounds, smell, feel, and taste)
