Sometimes, students need a little more support to make their days as amazing as possible.  When we notice a student might need more support, we provide Tier 2 interventions.  Students are still expected to SOAR and are awarded with BIRD BUCKS, but they recieve a little more support as well.  

Some examples of Tier 2 Interventions may include:

• C.I.C.O. (Check in- Check out): Also known as CICO (SEE-ko), is a Tier 2 strategy to support students who seek attention as their primary motivation for their behavior.

• Small Group counseling

• B.R.B (Breaks are Better): This is a Tier 2 strategy to support students who avoid attention, students, or instruction as their primary motivation for their behavior.  It is a sister program to CICO.
