Hello! My name is Ms. Wardlow, and I am the Fine Arts Teacher at Taylor Creek Elementary. I teach music and art for grades PK-5, and this is my 6th year of teaching. I graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce (now East Texas A&M University) with my Bachelor's of Music Education. My primary instrument is french horn, though I enjoy playing multiple instruments, including ukulele and recorder. I am working on completing my certification in the Kodály philosophy. 

In Fine Arts, we explore both music and art. Students will learn various music notes and terminology, and for art, students will learn about the principles and elements of art. Students will be bringing home multiple art projects throughout the year, so be on the lookout!
