Campus Expectations

Thank you for being part of the 2018 Purvis Show Choir Invitational. Below are a few reminders for your group:

1. Please have your students remain on the bus or stay together as one group outside until you have checked in and received instructions for your group’s homeroom assignment.

2. The performance/ solo competition schedule may have changed. We have enclosed the most recent performance schedule.

3. Cameras and camcorders are not permitted and are not to be used in the auditorium during the Purvis Show Choir Invitational performances. This includes cell phone cameras.

4. NO food or drinks will be allowed in the auditorium or in your assigned classrooms. Bottled water is allowed in the classrooms only. THIS IS A PURVIS HIGH SCHOOL POLICY. Concessions are located in the Purvis Cafeteria and Cantina. Also, no outside food is allowed in the cafeteria or on campus.

5. Please inform your parents and group members that once a group has begun performing, entering and exiting the auditorium is prohibited until the end of the performance.

6. Please do not leave any valuables in your classroom unattended. While these rooms will be monitored, we cannot guarantee the safety of these items.

7. Lastly, we ask that hairspray be used in the hallway, not the classrooms.This will greatly minimize stickiness in the classroom, showing our teachers our appreciation for the use of their rooms.
