As a token of our appreciation for your continued support, all API clients are eligible to participate in rebates based on order volume growth.
The rebate growth tiers and corresponding rebate percentages are as follows:
Example:
Client A placed 100 orders in July, worth RM 3,000.
To qualify for a 4% rebate in August, Client A needs to increase their order volume by 80% (to place a total of 180 orders).
If the total value of those 180 orders is, for instance, RM 4,800, client A would receive RM 192 as rebate.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Rebates are calculated based on the percentage increase in order volume.
2. The maximum rebate amount is RM 300.00 per participant.
3. Lalamove Malaysia reserves the right to modify, terminate or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
4. Lalamove Malaysia will monitor your order volume from the 1st till the 30th of the Month.
5. Eligible users will be announced by 15th of the following month. Participants will be notified via email or phone regarding their rebate amount and the payment process.
6. e-Invoicing details must be updated through our web app to qualify for the rebate.
