All performing ensembles at Lakewood High School wear the same uniform

Women- Long Black Dresses (provided by the school) $10.00 yearly fee pays for alterations, and cleaning

Men- Black Tuxedos with White Tuxedo Shirt, Black Bow Tie and Black Cummerbund

Tuxedo pants and jacket provided by the school $10.00 yearly fee to pay for alterations and cleaning
