If you select the Google Meet option for your appointment, a meeting link will be sent to you by email. If you click the link at the start of your conference you will be able to meet with the teacher anywhere you have an internet connection.
Here's some important information about devices.
Google Meet is very easy to use on a laptop or Chromebook. Just click the link and it will start in your browser. Be sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser.
If you want to use your phone or a tablet, install the Google Meet app before your meeting time. Click the link below to get the one you need.
Other tips:
Try to meet someplace without background noise.
Using earbuds or headphones will help you avoid the echo or other audio problems.
The meeting can only be 10 minutes, so be prepared ahead of time.
If Google Meet is not working, the teacher will send you a phone number.
