Positive Behavior Program

K-4 students can earn Bulldog Bucks from teachers and staff for demonstrating our LES Motto: Be Kind, Be Respectful, & Be Responsible.

Bulldog Bucks can then be cashed in for rewards and privileges:

1. in the classroom with teachers (ie. wear a hat, no shoes in the classroom, sit in the teacher's chair, lunch with the teacher, etc.)

2. "Pawsitive Experiences" such as Pizza with the Principal, Rooftop Dance Party, Picnic Lunch in the Office, playtime with live animals, and more!! 

3. Shop items on the Bulldog Cart, all generously donated by our families and community members!

With over 600 kids in our elementary building, this is only possible with generous donations and volunteers!  We hope to use this positive behavior system to encourage our students to make good choices, be helpful and kind, and develop a strong work ethic that associates hard work and good choices with "getting paid" here at school.
