Kristen Best Janson ('86): A dominant four-year force, this state runner-up and record holder earned first-team honors annually while reaching eight state finals in the 100m and 300m hurdles
Judy Boylson Schilling ('81): A standout eight-time letter winner and elite distance runner, she secured three top-five state finishes across cross country and track.
Vicki Lawrence ('77): A versatile thirteen-time letter winner and YSU Hall of Famer, this pioneer was Lakeview’s first All-State female basketball player and a record-shattering multi-sport legend.
Dennis Whetstone ('76): An eight-time letter winner, Lakeview’s all-time leading rusher dominated with 2,948 career yards and 31 career touchdowns.
Ernie Grekis (Coach): Known as “The Master,” he coached for 31 years, leading the 1970 team to a State Championship.
Kenneth "Buzzy" Hood ('42): A versatile nine-time letter winner and elite sprinter, he dominated the track as a state qualifier while setting long-standing Bazetta records in the 440 and 880-yard dash.
Lee Stringer ('74): A historic ground-breaker, Lakeview’s first All-State player and 1,000-yard rusher earned six letters and remains second all-time with a dominant 270-yard single-game performance.
Michele Mellott Bonno ('77): An elite eleven-time letter winner, this triple-threat star set Lakeview’s pitching records while anchoring record-setting relay teams and earning multiple All-League honors across three sports.
Wilbur “Bill” Springer ('45): An incredible twelve-time letter winner and professional baseball player, he achieved the rare feat of earning four varsity letters in three different sports throughout his career.
Glen McCaslin ('78): A seven-time letter winner and elite distance runner, this AA State Champion and five-time state finalist dominated the county with four individual titles.
David "Jack" Reese (Contributor): A visionary Booster President and the "Voice" of Lakeview’s first 10-0 season, he spent fifteen years tirelessly building the program and constructing Don Richards Field.
Ken Hyland ('64): Golf standout with a 16-0 career record and NAIA National Champion (1969).
Chris McDowell ('96): 1995 Trumbull County Player of the Year with 36 career touchdowns.
