Mrs. Cooper

Welcome to my website. My name is Debora Cooper. I have been teaching in the Lakeview District for 37 years. I was a special education teacher at Lakeview Middle School for 18 years. I have taught first, second and fourth grades. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education. I have a master's degree in reading from Kent State University. I live in Hubbard, Ohio with my husband Dave and my daughters Becca and Lauren. I love teaching second grade and I am happy to be part of the second grade team. Mrs. Kalman

Welcome to Room 122! My name is Mrs. Kaylee Kalman and I am so excited to be your 2nd Grade teacher! This is my 7th year teaching second grade at LES. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and have since obtained a Masters in Reading and Literacy. I enjoy camping at our cabin, shopping, and spending time with my husband, Andy, my daughter, Kinsley, and our two pups, Sophie and Mack! It is going to be a fun year full of learning and new adventures!

Mrs. Manovich

Welcome to 2nd Grade! My name is Mrs. Ashley Manovich and I am beyond blessed to be your child's teacher! I have been teaching at Lakeview Elementary School since August of 2011. I am a graduate of Ohio University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, graduating Cum Laude, in June of 2010. In June of 2011, I graduated with a Master's of Education as an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist. I completed my 4th and 5th-grade generalist endorsement and am currently a Google Certified Educator. Since beginning my career at Lakeview I have moved from intervention to kindergarten and now second grade.

My husband, Nick and I were married June 15, 2013. We have two beautiful daughters, Kaitlyn and Nora. Kaitlyn is a Freshman at Lakeland Community College and Nora is our spunky toddler! In my free time, I absolutely love spending time with my family and getting outside! I enjoy taking walks, crafting with my Cricut and most of all dabbling in photography.

I am very excited to learn and grow with your child each and every day. You, as parents and families, have the hardest job. I am going to do my absolute best to keep all lines of communication open and keep you updated daily on what is happening in our classroom. Please feel free to contact me at any time.

Mrs. Salvaterra

My name is Lisa Salvaterra. Teaching is an absolute passion of mine! I'm excited to work with you and your child. It's going to be a year full of fun, learning and lots of adventures. I thought you might like to learn a little more about me.

I am married to my husband, Brad. We have a son, Chase. We also have a Yorkie named Ella. They take up a lot of my free time but, some hobbies I enjoy are cooking, shopping and reading.

I have lived in Cortland most of my life and went to Lakeview High School and graduated from Youngstown State University. I received my Masters in Reading from Kent.

This will be my 16th year teaching and my second year teaching 2nd Grade! I have previously taught Title One reading and 3rd grade. I so excited to be teaching 2nd grade this year and learning right along with you! It is my mission to foster a love of learning in my students so that they desire to become lifelong learners.

Mrs. Yannucci

My name is Christine Yannucci. I graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2002 with my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Reading Specialization from Kent State University in 2010. I have been a teacher for 19 years and am very lucky to have taught at Lakeview Elementary for the last 15 years. I live in Cortland with my husband Mike, our 14 year old daughter Ava, our 10 year old son Alex, and our two mini Goldendoodles named Abby and Ace! I look forward to a great school year with your child!
