Use the HEART icon on individual auction items to "favorite" them. Once you do this, you can track all of your favorite in a list by clicking the HEART icon from the upper left corner of the auction site.

Use the STAR icon to track the bids you are currently winning. 

Click on Update Account (under the hamburger menu on mobile) to add your phone number for text message notifications.

Choose your bid type. 

EXACT: Place a one time bid of an exact amount. 

PROXY: Set your limit and let the site bid for you up to the amount you set.

Regardless of bid type, you qualify for notifications if you are outbid.
