Struggling with managing stress, anxiety or depression? Are your relationships suffering? Do you struggle with any kind of addictive behavior? Debilitating uncertainty, doubt, guilt, shame or anger regarding your present circumstances or past experiences?
Individual Therapy is one potential way for you to develop a better understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The process may allow you to also learn about how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors may improve your relationship with yourself, your future, family members, spouse or partner, co-workers, employees and the community at large.
Group Therapy is not available at this time due to the recent pandemic and resulting concerns related to health and safety. Group Therapy topics in the future may focus on grief and loss, anger management and depression management.
Teletherapy or online video therapy is available and encouraged to the nature of recent health concerns. I am able to provide HIPAA compliant and confidential services throughout California.
